Absolutely. Beginners are some of our favourite clients to work with — there are no bad habits to undo and every session produces results. Our coaches are experienced at working from scratch and will never make you feel out of place.
Because real results take real time. We don't do one-off sessions — our coaching model is built around sustained, progressive change over a minimum of 12 weeks. We only work with clients who are genuinely committed, which means you get a coach who is equally committed to your results.
We're selective about who we take on — not because we're elitist, but because we want to make sure we're the right fit before anyone invests time or money. The Typeform takes less than 3 minutes and helps us have a focused, useful first conversation rather than starting from zero. If we're a good match, we'll be in touch quickly.
Most clients train 2–3 times per week with their coach. We'll discuss what's realistic for your schedule during the initial conversation and build a plan around your life — not the other way round.
No. PT is open to both existing members and non-members. Your coach will walk you through everything you need when you get in touch.
One of our coaches will review your answers and reach out within 24–48 hours. We'll have a straight conversation about your goals, whether we're the right fit, and what the next step looks like. No hard sell — just an honest chat.
